Service Centre Coordinator

The Service Centre Coordinator will coordinate the operation of the Service Centre to provide high quality and timely services in the areas of document receipt and despatch, court filing and document registration/scanning to support the needs of a busy legal office.

We are looking for a motivated person to monitor service level agreements, streamline and document operational procedures, monitor and review contracts with mail service providers, investigate innovative ways to improve service delivery, whilst coordinating day to day workloads and activities of the team.

IT Manager

CSO is looking for a senior IT professional to join the Information Management & Technology team as the IT Manager to lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and manage the day-to-day business support of CSO’s IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing complex IT projects and achieving multiple project objectives. Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external staff to deliver on key project outcomes is desirable.
