Welcome to the December issue of the Administrative Law Quarterly newsletter.

The newsletter provides an overview of a selection of administrative law decisions/judgments in matters in which the Crown Solicitor acted and which are relevant to the NSW Government and its agencies. It also includes a short overview of an important High Court judgment that considers when a statutory authority owes a duty of care at common law.
